Terms and conditions at EasyGardin I/S

Prices

All prices on easygardin.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice and make reservations for sold out or discontinued items.


Payment

EasyGardin I/S accepts payment with:

  • VISA-Dankort

  • VISA

  • VISA Electron

  • Mastercard

  • PayPal

  • MobilePay

The amount will only be deducted when the item is shipped. All prices are in DKK and include VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out items.


Delivery

We aim to ship orders placed before 5pm the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
Expected delivery time: 1-3 business days (may vary during busy periods).

Shipping options and prices:

  • GLS parcel shop: 39 kr.

  • PostNord parcel shop: 49 kr.

  • Home delivery (GLS or PostNord): 59 kr.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number. Delays will be notified as soon as possible via email.


Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty period, as per the Danish Sales Act. The warranty covers defects and deficiencies that are not due to improper use. Contact us in case of defects and deficiencies, and we will assess the case based on whether repair, exchange, price reduction or refund is relevant.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. We will cover reasonable return costs for valid complaints.


Refund

If a refund is agreed, please provide your registration and account number so that we can transfer the amount. This is not sensitive information and will be treated confidentially.


Right of withdrawal

There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The deadline is calculated from the day you receive the order.

The item must be returned no later than 14 days after notification of cancellation.

You cannot undo this by simply refusing to receive it without giving notice at the same time.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

  • Custom-made goods according to customer measurements or specifications.

  • Sealed goods where the seal has been broken.


Returns and condition of the item

The product must be returned in proper packaging and in substantially the same condition as received.

You are only liable for any loss of value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its function and properties.

We will refund the amount no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice - however, at the earliest when we have received the returned item or received documentation for the return.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase.

To be able to shop with us, you must provide at least:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

  • What you bought
